Progression happens across two separate but connected parts:

Lifetime part:

• Work your way from Level 1 (Debut Star) up to Level 8 (Prime Icon) by collecting Experience Points (XP).
• Every lifetime level you unlock stays with you permanently and opens up stronger rewards, including higher weekly cashback and more.

Seasonal part:

• Reaching the lifetime Iron Idol level gives you access to seasonal VIP tiers: Bronze Idol, Silver Idol, Gold Idol, Platinum Idol, and Diamond Idol.
• You reach these tiers by accumulating Season Points (SP) within each season.
• Seasonal ranks from Bronze Idol through Diamond Idol need to be confirmed each season to be kept.

Both point types serve a different role in the VIP Club:

Experience Points (XP):

• XP drive your progress through the lifetime part of the club.
• They never expire, so every session counts.
• Each XP earned moves you closer to Iron Idol — the gateway to seasonal VIP levels with stronger rewards.

Season Points (SP):

• SP are used in the seasonal part of the club.
• You collect them to reach and maintain Bronze Idol, Silver Idol, Gold Idol, Platinum Idol, and Diamond Idol within any given 3-month season.

Points are earned through regular activity on the platform:

• A 10 GBP deposit gives you up to 20 XP/SP
• An 8 GBP bet in slots gives you up to 1 XP/SP
• A 15 GBP bet in Live games gives you up to 1 XP/SP
• A 4 GBP bet on sports gives you up to 1 XP/SP

A season is a 3-month window during which you can climb to a new VIP level or hold onto your current one.

Here’s how it works:

• Collect the SP needed to reach Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Idol.
• Confirm your current level each season to carry your rewards forward.
• Iron Idol is a permanent milestone — once reached, it never drops.
• All levels from Bronze Idol upward require seasonal confirmation. Missing a confirmation drops your level by one tier in the following season.

Example: If you hit Gold Idol in Season 1, your rewards carry into Season 2. But if your activity slips in Season 2 and you don’t meet the confirmation threshold, you’ll enter Season 3 at Silver Idol.

Each new level you reach brings rewards that weren’t available at the previous one. For instance, moving from Iron Idol to Bronze Idol opens up daily deposit insurance, VIP Customer Care, and higher and faster payouts — none of which are part of the Iron Idol tier.

The Experience Boost is a mechanic that accelerates your path to Bronze Idol. To trigger it, you need to reach Iron Idol within an active season. When that happens, all the XP you collected during that season automatically convert into SP — giving you an immediate head start toward Bronze Idol.
